How We Select Our Team
Four-Stage Process:
Stage 1: Application Review
Submit CV + writing sample (for full-time) or CV + Statement of Purpose (for internships). We review for political understanding, analytical capability, and communication skills.
Stage 2: Written Assessment
Selected candidates complete a political analysis assignment — could be constituency mapping, narrative strategy, or policy brief.
Stage 3: Interview & Discussion

Stage 4: Trial Project (For Senior Roles)
Final candidates may work on a short paid trial project to demonstrate real-world capability.
